Shipping policy

(Turn around time)_- 🚨TAT is 10-15 Business Days- tat starts the following business day. Items may be ready sooner but it’s never a guarantee 🫶🏻- TAT are always appx and with a large influx of orders it may be off by a few days give or take! If orders go beyond TAT, customer will be notified.

PREORDERS- tat will be posted / listed on the post. Over seas items are APPX- customs and etc can delay transit! NO REFUNDS- will be given on preorders.

-We ship nationwide to all 50 states.

-We ship UPS/ USPS- shipping is typically 2-5 business days. TJs Custom Prints determines whether it ships USPS or UPS based on shipping rates, if you have a preference make it known at time or order being placed. If customer prefers a different carrier over TJs Custom prints additional charges may apply.

-Tracking available upon request.

 

-If item is lost or damaged during shipping in order for items to be protected route protection must be added at time of checkout.  Failure to purchase ROUTE will void any refunds/ replacements.

 

-Local pickup option: In order to qualify for local pickup option you must pick up from (Home Base) Arbuckle, CA. Customer will be notified when order is ready for pickup and will be given pickup instructions.  Customer has (7) days to pick up items or will be charged shipping, unless arranged ahead of time. 

 

-Local drop-off option: In order to qualify for local drop-off option you must be within TJs Custom Print "commute".  Locations include: Woodland, Yolo, Zamora, Dunnigan or Winters CA (Subject to change). If drop-off option if chose customer will be notified when order is ready. Once order is ready customer has (3) days to provide drop-off details. If drop-off information not provided within (3) days customer has the following (4) days to pickup from (Home Base) Arbuckle, CA. If by day (7) order has not been picked up items customer will incur a charge for shipping.  All orders that have been chosen for local drop-off the order will be PORCH DROPPED, unless arranged ahead of time. TJs Custom Print is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been porch dropped.

Shipping $8/Flat: Orders $0-$75

Shipping $12/Flat: Orders $75+

**Orders totaling $350 or heavier than 20 lbs may inccur additional shipping fees.
